SV CAD works using your layers and CAD standards. Send us samples of your completed projects that are similar in scope and we will match your standards. If you don`t have - we will use ours layers (approx. ~20 layers)

All of our proposals and quotes are based on an £22.00 per hour rate. Your information is safe with us, we will enter into a confidentiality agreement at your request.

We do not do home or site visits. If you need that service you should hire a local architect , surveyor or designer.

We do not do scan to conversion. We do accurate manual conversions. They are accurate CAD drawings according to plan dimensions.

	Describe your project in detail. For example, square footages of project, What design style you are looking for or what type of engineering drawing you need. Send us survey sketches. We also needs a photos of existing building. For example: Click here
	Scan any design drawings and upload them or email them to us. Or if you prefer just ship the designs you have to us and we will scan them and upload them for you. (Scanning Fee will apply). If you don`t have them we can design your timber joists , steel works, brick works, roof structure (flat and pitched timber roofs) and retaining walls. For example: Click here
	Once we receive all of the information for your project we will email you a fixed quote with a time frame.
	Approve the quote and time frame and make any deposit payments and we begin your project immediately. Typically 25% of the total fee (for a full set of plans. Maybe higher for smaller projects.)
	Once we have preliminary drawings completed we will submit them for approval and make any changes if needed before preparing the final drawings.

	Make any final payments due. We will do (minor) corrections at no additional cost to you.
